Caught on camera: String of robberies committed in Gatesville leads to arrest of man in Fannin County
A man on parole from the Dallas area was arrested in Fannin County after committing a string of robberies in Gatesville, Coryell County.

GATESVILLE, Texas (KWTX) - A man on parole out of the Dallas area and has committed a string of robberies across Coryell County.
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice told KWTX that he was arrested Sunday morning after committing at least two break-ins throughout the week in Gatesville.
His name is Roger Preston Simmons and he was out on parole from the Garland area for aggravated robbery.
