The Friends of Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park and the National Park Service will commemorate the 118th birthday of President Lyndon B. Johnson with the annual wreath-laying service on Thursday, Aug. 27, at the LBJ Ranch in Stonewall.

The observance will begin with a reception at 9 a.m. at the reconstructed birthplace before the wreath-laying ceremony at 10 a.m. at the Johnson Family Cemetery.

Both locations are within the LBJ Ranch at 1048 Park Road 49 in Stonewall.
