The American Legion Post 196 held an Appreciation Dinner at Potter's Pizza on Wednesday, Oct. 14.

This event was a free meal for those veteran members and dependents that have recently renewed their membership for 2027. It's a way of paying forward to members by showing how important they are to this most powerful veteran service organization and having successful membership for over 3 years in the Brownwood community.

This appreciation event reflects on the operational success rate of our Post 196 and helps to make our voice known for all legislative purposes and for the future of all veterans.
