HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A 17-year-old male and a 20-year-old woman are charged after it was discovered a child was exposed to severe conditions, including feces, bug bites, and gasoline, Harris County court records show.
According to court records obtained by ABC13, the teenager, identified as Drake Fernandez, and the woman, identified as Tannis Harrington, were arrested on Saturday night and are charged with felony child endangerment.
The records stated that the child was exposed to severe conditions, including an environment where the child could inhale "feces, urine, rotten food, insects, and gasoline."
