TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - An indictment is revealing more details after agents arrested several people during a response to a Tyler furniture store Tuesday.

Several Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and ICE agents responded to Ximena's Furniture-Muebleria off U.S. 69 in Tyler Tuesday, with video capturing the scene of several arrests.

Virginia Gamez Ponce Valdivia, Keyla Stacy Valdivia Gamez, Arturo Alcantar-Perez and one person whose name was not released were indicted on the following charges: Conspiracy to transport illegal aliensTrafficking in false identification documentsConspiracy to commit money launderingThe indictment states the group conspired to harbor and transport undocumented immigrants beginning in May of 2023.
