A New Braunfels resident has claimed a $20 million scratch ticket prize according to a press release from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The winner, who wished to remain anonymous, purchased the ticket from the H-E-B Plus!, located at 2965 I-35 North.

The claimant checked the ticket repeatedly, the release stated, and said he had been playing scratch ticket games for 15 years and loves the thrill of an instant win.
