HOUSTON, Texas -- Eight towering, colorful creatures are on display at Discovery Green this fall in a celebration of Mexican art, culture, and imagination.

The outdoor exhibition is called Fantastic Animals from Mexico: Alebrijes and Nahuales.

Each statue, designed by Mexican artists, stands about 20 feet tall and features vivid colors and intricate patterns.
