We have seen a few spotty showers dot our east Texas landscape this afternoon.

Any lingering shower activity will quickly fizzle early this evening as we lose our daytime heating and the sun that helps fuel these sea breeze showers.

This second week of June will take on a more typical, summertime weather pattern for us in east Texas.
