HOPKINS COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A Cumby woman pleaded guilty to wire fraud in connection with a suspected illegal dog-breeding facility.
Kristine Michelle Hicks, 51, pleaded guilty to a federal charge of wire fraud in United States District Judge Jeremy D. Kernodles court Monday, according to court records.
