ANGELINA COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - While the proposed Amp Z AI data center has dominated headlines in Angelina County, a second, lesser-known project is already well ahead of it and most residents don't even know it exists.

The company has already secured electrical and water agreements, according to Judge Wright.
