LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Dozens of veterans gathered Tuesday morning for the 12th annual cover photo shoot for Senior Link Magazine, a local quarterly publication that spotlights people making a difference in West Texas.

The group included veterans ranging from those in their 20s to one man who recently turned 100.

A local quilt group honored 32 veterans at the event with handmade quilts of valor - presented as a personal thank-you for their service.
