BRAZOS VALLEY, Texas (KBTX) - Volunteers and families gathered on Texas Avenue across from Texas A&M on Thursday for the third annual "Honk For The Missing" event - a reminder that every day, some families in the Brazos Valley don't know where their loved ones are.
One mother who attended used a single word to describe the event: hope."This is hope for me. This is the hope for something, for the missing to come home," said Maria Hernandez, whose daughter Vivian has been missing for nearly a year.
