HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a wrong-way crash that left one person dead on Wednesday morning near Brownsville.

According to DPS, the crash occurred at approximately 8:52 a.m. on FM 511, south of State Highway 48 in Cameron County.
