A man was arrested after allegedly cutting his brother's throat during a family disturbance and refusing to surrender, leading to a SWAT response.
The man has since been charged with aggravated assault of a family member.
According to investigators, officers were initially called to a home located in the 7700 block of Hornwood for a reported family disturbance.
