DENISON, Texas (KXII) - The Military Veteran Peer Network, known as Walker House, presented its Hometown Hero award Tuesday to Brian Creager, member and co-director of kitchen operations.

Creager has been part of Walker House since 2019, following a career as a fire captain in California."My experience in California as a wildland firefighter was very fulfilling," Creager said.
