A Pleasanton man was arrested Friday morning after law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of Adams Street of Pleasanton according to the Pleasanton Police Department.

At approximately 7 a.m. on July 17, the Pleasanton Police Department's Emergency Response Team, working alongside the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division and Investigator Kaufman with the 81st Judicial District Attorney's Office, served the search warrant following a joint narcotics investigation.

According to police, investigators identified the residence as a location involved in the distribution of illegal narcotics.
