ZAPATA COUNTY, Tex.
(KGNS) - Zapata County officials are monitoring the Rio Grande as conditions along the river continue to change, Sheriff Ramon Montes said.
Loose navigation buoys spotted near the area are still drifting downstream but have not yet reached Zapata County, according to the sheriff.
