Charles Medina faces manslaughter and aggravated assault charges after allegedly reversing his vehicle into cyclist Hannah Rapp on F-M 159 in Brazos County, resulting in her death.

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Charles Medina is accused of reversing his vehicle into Hannah Rapp while she was cycling on F-M 159 - killing her.
He's now charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Brazos County Assistant District Attorney Jessica Escue said the charges are not yet final and could change as investigators gather more evidence.
