LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - Longview is reviewing zoning regulation changes intended to allow more housing density in the city, according to Development Services Director Michael Shirley.

Shirley said the city's zoning classifications currently require minimum lot sizes, minimum setbacks and minimum home size requirements.

He said the city is looking at reducing those requirements to allow smaller lots and smaller homes to be built."Right now our minimums are between 6 and 8 feet," Shirley said.
