Dr. Jonni Dunn, a descendant of a five-generation Pleasanton family launched her Texas mystery, "Balcones Fault." "While I currently reside in Dripping Springs, my deep family roots in Pleasanton have always heavily inspired my storytelling. The book is an atmospheric, dual-timeline mystery that weaves together Texas history, a Prohibition-era cold case and iconic state landmarks like the Balcones Fault," said Dr. Dunn.

A chilling discovery on the Balcones Fault bridges a near-century of secrets in a brand-new, character-driven mystery that launched in September on Amazon.

The story begins when two young men are found dead in a sinkhole along the Balcones Fault.
