A water pipe break in Webb County's main administration building on July 5 has disrupted county services and delayed a housing assistance program deadline.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - A water pipe break that flooded Webb County's main administration building is continuing to disrupt county services, including pushing back the deadline for a housing assistance program.
The pipe burst on July 5 on the third floor of the Webb County Billy Hall Building, damaging several county departments.
