A Take 5 Oil Change is planned for 1000 Junction Highway, where a 1,956-square-foot building will replace a former gas station on the site.

State filings put the project at an estimated $850,000, with construction set to begin Aug. 3 and finish by Dec. 28.

The work is privately funded, on private land for private use.
