CELEBRATING THE ARTS HCCArts is happy to announce that Tia Johnson, a resident of Boerne for the past six years, has joined the board of directors of the Hill Country Council for the Arts.

Evacuating often from South Louisiana hurricanes, and Johnson's family sheltering here on and off since 2008, Tia was overjoyed to finally move to Boerne permanently in 2021.

Johnson and husband, Eric, have been married for 17 years; are members of Currey Creek Church; their son, Boston, is a junior at Boerne High School; and their home is shared with two mini Aussies, Niko and Bodhi.
