LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - The Angelina County Commissioners Court heard from the county sheriff Monday about rising inmate health care costs and approved a request to apply for a state grant to help control feral hogs across the county.

The grant would fund the purchase of hog traps to be loaned to county landowners.
