It has been nearly two weeks since the Pedernales River crested at over 34 feet in Gillespie County.
Since then, we have dried out and cleanup efforts are underway across the county and surrounding areas.
The weather has been hot and dry and there is no reason to believe that this will change very much over the course of the next five to seven days.
