City of Lufkin continues summer park upgrades
The City of Lufkin is upgrading parks throughout the summer as part of an approved master plan project, with Grace Dunn Park currently receiving improvements including new mulch, root removal, and safety barriers.

LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - The City of Lufkin is working on Grace Dunn Park this week as part of their plan to upgrade each park this summer.
The city's goal is to finish a park per week of the summer, adding new mulch, removing roots from the ground and adding safety barriers.
The plan is part of the master plan project, which was approved last year.
