Utah firefighters helped save millions of bees after a truck carrying the insects broke down on the side of a highway Wednesday.
Dig deeper: While mechanics worked to fix the truck, Millcreek-Municipal Government Firefighters in Millcreek, Utah, kept the bees cool in from the summer heat by spraying misting the truck with a hose.
Temperatures were unseasonably hot that day, officials said, and the bees were at risk of dying if the truck stayed parked in the sun for a long time.
