The New Braunfels City Council moved forward with the assembly of a city charter review commission at the regular meeting on Monday, June 8.
At the previous meeting on May 26, City Manager Robert Camareno presented possible options for the composition and selection process for the commission, but city council ultimately decided to postpone the decision, the Herald-Zeitung previously reported.
City staff recommended a seven-member commission to be chosen through an open application process, Camareno said.
