SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - The Smith County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of a Monday night mobile home fire that left three people injured and a family displaced.

Smith County Emergency Services District 2 firefighters responded to the reported fire around 8:35 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Lado De Loma Drive, northwest of Winona, in Smith County.

An adult male suffered serious burns and was rushed by ambulance to a local hospital, and an adult female and young child sustained minor burns and were hospitalized, Smith County spokesperson Casey Murphy said Tuesday.
