MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Early voting is underway in Midland County ahead of Election Day, and officials are outlining what voters should know before heading to the polls.

Midland County Elections Administrator Rosa Olgin said local races, including contests for school districts 3 and 5 and a utility district bond, are on the ballot.
