Comal County Commissioners unanimously passed Order No. 565, adopting updated subdivision regulations as of Thursday, June 11.

At a previous meeting on May 21, County Engineer Robert Boyd presented regulation changes recommended by the office.

Included in the regulation amendments are an increase in lot frontage from 40 feet to 60 feet, the removal of the High Density Development section, increased road construction requirements and a two-year maintenance bond after road acceptance.
