WEBB COUNTY, Tex.

(KGNS) - Webb County Commissioners Court on Monday, June 9, unanimously accepted a compensation study from consulting firm MAG International, ending a two-hour discussion over timing, implementation and whether all departments were properly consulted.

The court accepted MAG's findings and recommendations, which outline potential salary adjustments and a proposed pay plan structure.
