ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Odessa police are investigating a scene on 8th Street near Odessa Regional Medical Center, according to viewer video obtained Friday.

The video, recorded near the intersection of 8th Street and Coleman, shows a heavy police presence in the area.

Officers in white protective suits were seen near a clothing donation box at the location.
