BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The housing market in Bryan-College Station is shifting as new numbers show more homes for sale than this time last year.

With the shift in the housing market, buyers are being favored while the sellers see more competition and patience with sales.

Keller Williams realtor Mike Green said the local market is facing more challenges compared to the past few years due to interest rates and favoring the buyers.
