The City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is advising the public that two park improvement projects are under way and began Monday, July 13 at Singing Wind Park, 2320 Singing Wind Dr., and Louise Hays Park, 202 Thompson Dr. Both parks will remain open during the work.

Visitors may encounter temporary work zones, equipment, contractors, and limited access to certain areas.

The department is asking the public to use caution, observe all posted signage and barriers, and give crews plenty of room while work is underway.
