MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - For the first time, a sitting secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce visited the Rio Grande Valley.
Howard Lutnick was in McAllen on Monday to announce a $6 million grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA).
