TxDOT warns drivers not to leave anyone in a parked car due to dangerous heat.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - With dangerous heat in the area, TxDOT is warning drivers not to leave anyone in a parked car, including children, older adults or pets.
Officials said it can happen by mistake, especially when drivers are distracted or have a change in routine.
