ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Excel ER held a ribbon cutting ceremony and fall festival earlier today to celebrate 10 years of service.

The anniversary fall festival featured a petting zoo, face painting, food trucks, a DJ, bouncy houses and balloon animals.

Representatives from across the Midland-Odessa area attended the event, either to show support for the ER's 10 years of service or to present recognition from the city.
