A Dallas neighborhood is worried for two residents who were critically injured in a house fire Thursday night that also killed three dogs.

Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the fire in the 6600 block of Starkey Street at about 9:26 p.m. Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire conditions at the front of a one-story home.

After receiving reports that two people were possibly trapped inside, firefighters entered the home in rescue mode and pulled both occupants to safety.
