TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - With Flock cameras sparking privacy concerns across the country, an East Texas conservative organization is looking to bring attention to their use.
A meeting held by Grassroots America - We the People Political Action Committee in Tyler on Tuesday featured two speakers who delved into the use of Flock cameras, which read license plates.
