Driver accused of having BAC more than 5x the legal limit, trooper says

GLENDALE, Ariz.

(KPHO/Gray News) - A driver in Arizona is facing several felony charges after being accused of driving while impaired in late June, officials said.

While the Arizona Department of Public Safety has not identified the driver, troopers said the driver's blood alcohol content measured 0. 441 - five and a half times over the legal limit.
