TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler woman accused of trying to run over a construction worker appeared in court Monday after her release from jail.

Mary Biddle O'Neill, 47, was released Friday from the Smith County Jail on a personal recognizance bond on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to jail records.

She appeared before 475th District Court Judge Taylor Heaton Monday at the Smith County Courthouse.
