The New Braunfels City Council proclaimed June National Safety Month on Monday, June 8.

According to the proclamation, the safety, health and wellness of the city's workforce is paramount to delivering quality services to the community.

"The city of New Braunfels is committed to proactive risk management strategies that reduce workplace injuries, control losses and support the physical and psychological well-being of its team members," the proclamation stated.
