Create Healthy has selected 31 local students to receive healthcare scholarships through its 2026 Student Scholarship Program, representing a $155,300 investment in the future healthcare workforce of the Texas Hill Country.

The recipients include 11 members of the Class of 2026, 18 current college students and two adult learners pursuing education in healthcare-related fields.

The scholarships announced this week are in addition to an adult learner scholarship awarded in May and partnerships with scholarship-making organizations across the region, bringing Create Healthy's total investment in health-related scholarships to $455,300 this year.
