Among some of the berry best in the community, with their expertise and carrying on a valuable tradition, Poteet strawberry growers were honored at an appreciation dinner held July 10, at the Poteet VFW Hall.

The event was hosted by the Poteet Strawberry Growers Association.

PSGA Officers are: Joel Garcia, president; Kris Perez, vice president; Tessa Sanchez, secretary; Priscilla Castillo, treasurer and Alyssa Aguirre, public relations.
