Council members agreed to apply for the water supply and infrastructure grant through the Texas Water Development Board.
"The opportunity provides a hundred percent grant funding for eligible water supply and water infrastructure projects, meaning if we're awarded it, we put no local dollars into it," City Administrator Tony Aaron told council members.
