TRINIDAD, Texas (KTRE) - Trinidad city leaders are weighing two options for who will patrol the city after the city's police department was disbanded for failing a state audit.

Leaders hope to rebuild the department in the future.

At a council meeting, members heard pitches from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office and Log Cabin police.
