TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler man is behind bars after the Smith County Sheriff's Office said he distributed and sold child pornography.

Marquis Diamonte Viramontes, 29, was held Wednesday at the Smith County Jail on warrants charging him with possession of child pornography and seven counts of promotion of child pornography depicting child sexual assault, according to jail records.

In April 2025, the Dallas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force executed a search warrant at a Tyler residence after multiple CyberTip reports.
