Laredo urban agriculture center receives grant for educational programs
The Laredo Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability received a $10,000 grant to expand its educational programs.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - The Laredo Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability received a $10,000 PNC Foundation grant to expand its workshops and educational programs.
The nonprofit is using gardening and sustainability programs to help children and families learn ways to grow food at home through summer classes and community garden workshops.
