PLAINVIEW, Texas (KCBD) - A Plainview woman has been indicted on a federal charge of enticement and attempted enticement of a minor following an investigation by the FBI and Plainview Police Department.

On April 11, 2026, Plainview Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence in Plainview in reference to a runaway juvenile.

Court documents say the 15-year-old was believed to be in an ongoing relationship with 28-year-old Cassity Lyric Vasquez.
